Increasingly advertising are interested in only advertising on select tlds, they are not interested in other tlds at all. For example an ad network is only offering $3-$5 per blog only advertising on .com, .net, .org .eu. co.uk, this offer is not valid for other tlds at all.
So a person with .info. .in, .biz or any ngtld domain names cannot avail of the offer
